This month we will be starting our events for the season. We love this time when it is a hive of activity on the farm with the events team, old and new (sorry to Steve and many others, you’re not ‘old’, shall we say longstanding…) starting to return for the wonderful spring/summer ahead.

We have the vans all geared up and ready to go, including Duchess of Swirl, Duke of Swirl, Icey, Priscilla, Pixie, Sparkle – to name a few.

So, we asked the team leaders to tell us their favourite flavour and something interesting about them, meet the team…

Hi I’m Sally, my favourite flavour (currently!) is Mint Choc Baby Chip.  Of course that will go up and down from the number one spot as the season progresses! I lived in Dubai for around four years back in the 90s and also did a tandem skydive for charity about five years ago.

I’m Lewis, I love a Serious Chocolate and fruity Sorbet combo! Something interesting about me is that I spent my early childhood growing up in Spain.

Hello I’m Bethany, my favourite flavour has to be Dark Chocolate Ripple, although Salted Caramel comes at a close second.

 

 

 

I’m Tom, I’ve worked for the events team for the past few years and my favourite flavour is the Dark Chocolate Ripple. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been living in California for the past few years too (hence no picture – we’re waiting for him to return for the summer).

 

 

Ice Cream is a perfect treat/necessity (what you will) for Easter, however there is also the Chocolate! Have a look at our Purbeck Chocolate for a delicious bar of single origin Ecuadorian.
